School & Group Reservations

Reservation Details

• Reservations are required for groups of 20 or more paying persons in order to receive group rates. Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
• Required reservation deposit must be received by Penn's Cave at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
• For parties of less than 20 paying persons or for parties of 20 or more paying customers that did not make advanced reservations, tickets may be purchased online or at the ticket counter in the visitors center.
• No additional fee for schools, Scouts, student summer camps.

Penn’s Cave is happy to receive groups like:

• School Groups
• Motorcoach Tours
• Scout Groups
• Corporate Outings

Deposits and Reservations:

• SCHOOL GROUP deposits are due 60 days prior to field trip reservation.
• All other group deposits must be received by Penn’s Cave by no less than 2 weeks prior to reservation date.
• Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis based upon Penn’s Cave receipt of the required reservation deposit.

PLEASE NOTE THE RESERVATION DATE ON CHECK PAYMENTS OTHERWISE THE PAYMENT MAY NOT BE CREDITED TO THE PROPER SCHOOL OR ORGANIZATION.

Visitor Information:

At LEAST 1 adult chaperone MUST be present per 20 children or students AT ALL times, including on tours AND inside Visitor’s Center Gift Shop.

Backpacks are NOT permitted inside our Visitor’s Center Gift Shop or on the Cave Tour. (This applies to children as well as adults.) Please plan to allow approximately 3 hours to complete BOTH tours.
